Yes, NR Gadget only offers 100% new and unused products. The only exception is for refurbished laptops for which we ensure the best quality grade and full warranty from the Brand.

Even if you’ve lost your warranty card, you can still claim the warranty by presenting your NR Gadget  invoice to any authorized service center.

Account Settings

Start by clicking on “Login” at Account in the top right corner of your screen. You will then be asked to provide some basic information for registration. When you have provided the required information, Click the ‘Register’ button to finish the sign- up process. We will also send you an email to welcome you to NR Gadget!

Click “Your Account” and then “Login” on the top right side of your screen. You will find “Forgot your Password” at the login form. Now click the “Forgot your Password” button to get an email on your registered account with instructions on how to set a new password.

To make sure that your account is always secure, multiple email addresses cannot be added. However, you can replace your current email address with a new one.

No, this is a special service that we are offering to our valued NR Gadget customers.

Shipping fees will remain unchanged for NR Gadget  products. There are no additional shipping fees for NR Gadget products.

If you do not receive your NR Gadget orders as per the expected delivery dates specified for your order, you can first check the status of your order in the “Order History” page in your NR Gadget account. This allows you to see if the seller has already shipped your order or not. If the order status has not been updated or you would like to have more information for your order status, please contact our NR Gadget customer care team through “Live Chat” or “Email”.

Returns & Refunds

As per NR Gadget’s cancellation policy, you can cancel your order directly from your NR Gadget account before the order is shipped out from NR Gadget or the seller’s warehouse.

NR Gadget offers 14-day easy returns, allowing you to return the product within 14 days of first attempted delivery. As per NR Gadget’s return policy, you need to fill in the Online Return Form through your NR Gadget Account.

NR Gadget goes the extra mile to ensure that nothing but genuine/authentic products are sold on NR Gadget. If you think you received an inauthentic item, please indicate in the Online Return Form that you would like to return the item due to the Counterfeit/ fake item reason.

Change of mind return is not applicable for items from the following categories: All swimwear & lingerie. All groceries All digital goods, including mobile top – ups, e – books, game downloads, etc. All customized items, bulky items, or items that require installations. If you experience trouble completing payment through debit/credit card, the first thing to do is to make sure that your card is activated for online payments and that you have enough funds/limits to complete the transaction. Your bank can help you verify these details. Some cards issued outside Bangladesh are also not supported on NR Gadget and may be declined.

At the end of the checkout choose Credit / Debit Card as payment options and follow the steps after confirming your purchase. Make sure that you have contacted your bank and activated your Credit Card for online payments.
